The business situation

ConvaTec required a one stop comprehensive tool which helps the sales team and other personnel to enter the fecal management details for hospitals to compare the cost and effort differences of using the traditional method of Fecal Management and using Flexi Seal FMS product. The model will help them to showcase the differences in terms of output metrics and charts and the data can be compared at the lowest granular level. The users required to:

The solution

IQSS has analyzed the requirement and developed an easy to use desktop application making use of latest technology that helps the sales users and hospitals to compare the cost & effort differences of using the traditional method of Fecal Management and using Flexi Seal FMS product. The different models created allows the users to compare the cost of consumables, the nursing time and cost involved and the cost accrued due to fecal management complications in the hospital.
