Also they are one of the largest PPI (Payment Protection Insurance) sellers in UK; there are many process on PPI insurance and compliant.

The Business Challenge:

To avoid misselling of PPI among their customers, they needed a system for receiving the scanned copy of PPI form and their complaints from customers.
The client expected the scanning and keying of the PPI complaint application forms, acceptance forms, PPI related correspondence (including Re-active) and the necessary data extract and reports.

The Solution:

IQSS worked with the client to design and develop the PPI (Payment Production Insurance) system. The system receives the scanned digital copy of the PPI related forms and captures the data of the PPI forms.
The system verifies the form to avoid the misselling of PPI and update the status to PPI main system.
