About IQSS

We built the product first. Then we built the firm.

IQSS exists because deploying finance automation at Indian mid-market companies taught us something most consultants don't know: the data problems are specific, the compliance requirements are India-specific, and the gap between finding a problem and fixing it permanently is almost always bandwidth, not technology.

Where we come from

The domain depth came from IQInvoice.

IQInvoice is our AP automation product - built specifically for Indian mid-market enterprises. It handles invoice receipt, OCR extraction, 3-way PO matching, approval routing, and ERP posting. It is deployed and running at AO Smith, Kun Hyundai, Jubilant MotorWorks, Cyient, Paragon Footwear, Clovia, Payback, and Ficus Pax.

Across those deployments, we processed tens of thousands of invoices, validated hundreds of thousands of vendor records against the GST portal, and handled India-specific compliance requirements - GSTIN validation, TDS category matching, MSME 43B(h) tracking, e-invoicing mandates - in production environments, not pilots.

That work taught us where mid-market finance operations actually break. Not in theory. In the vendor master of a manufacturer in Pune. In the AP register of a logistics company in Chennai. In the duplicate payment exposure of a GCC running a shared services centre.

IQSS is the intelligence layer built on top of that domain knowledge - structured as a firm, not a software product.

Built on experience across

How we work

Four principles that shape every engagement.

Senior-led, every time

Rajesh leads every Diagnostic and Sprint. Not a project manager. Not a junior analyst. The person who built IQInvoice and ran the deployments is the person who reviews your data, writes the brief, and runs the walkthrough call. That is not a scalability model. It is a quality model.

Fixed scope. No open-ended engagements.

Every Sprint has a defined deliverable and a defined timeline. The Diagnostic is five days. Sprint 1 is eight weeks. The retainer has a fixed monthly brief. There are no time-and-materials engagements at IQSS. You know what you are getting before you sign.

No ERP access required

We work from CSV exports. Vendor master, AP transactions, receivables ageing - all of it comes in as flat files uploaded to a dedicated OneDrive folder. No VPN. No system integration. No IT project. The data comes to us; the intelligence goes back to you.

India-specific, not adapted

GSTIN validation, TDS category matching, e-invoicing compliance, MSME 43B(h) tracking - these are not bolt-ons. They were built into IQInvoice from the start and carried into every IQSS engagement. We do not adapt Western frameworks to Indian compliance. We built for India first.

Who we work with

Indian mid-market. Not SME. Not enterprise.

The engagement model is designed for companies with enough transaction volume to have real data problems, and enough internal capability to act on the findings - but not enough headcount to run continuous finance operations monitoring themselves.

Geography

India - compliance requirements are India-specific throughout

If you are a 50 Cr company, the engagement cost does not make sense for your AP volume. If you are a 5,000 Cr company, you have an internal team for this. The 100-2,000 Cr range is where the data problems are real and the monitoring gap is structural.

The Diagnostic is where every engagement starts.

Five days. Your data. A ranked set of findings and a clear recommendation on where to start.
